The Quickie's Charity Car Wash Program

Let Quickie's do the work! Quickie's Car Wash is dedicated to lending a helping hand to nonprofit organizations in our community. We offer a flexible option that allows you to sell car wash $10 Wash Cards at full price, keep 50% of the profit, and bypass organizing and executing a car wash or worrying about rain dates.

Charity Car Wash Basics:

• Organization must be a nonprofit with a 501(c)(3) classification and be able to provide its
  Tax ID number.
• The organization chairperson will fill out an application and submit it to the Quickie's Home Office via email or in person.
• Once approved the chairperson will pick up the Wash Cards at the Quickie's location and sign the contract accepting responsibility.
• Organizations will sell Quickie's Car Wash Cards at the full price of $10.00 each.
• The organization will purchase them for $5.00 per $10 Wash Card. Unused Wash Cards
  that go unsold can be returned to Quickie's for $5.00 each reimbursement.
• Organizations are permitted to receive a batch of up to 50 car wash Wash Cards with an approved contract and have 31 days to complete the fundraiser.
• After each batch of Wash Cards is sold, an organization may receive and sell additional Wash Cards within 31 days.
• At the conclusion of the sale, the chair person may return unsold and unused $10 Wash Cards to Quickie's for $5.00 each reimbursement.
• An organization may participate one time per 12 months.
• Wash Cards never expire.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED WITH OUR FUNDRAISER?

Each organization must fill out a Charity Car Wash Application and be approved for participation
by the Quickie's Home Office. Your organization must meet the Charity Car Wash Fundraiser criteria. The approval process normally takes a few days. If approved, please also allow an additional week for the processing of fundraising Wash Cards and contract.

WHY DO ORGANIZATIONS LIKE QUICKIE'S FUNDRAISER?

pay if they went directly to Quickie's, but half of the money goes to the PTA. We love the fact that we don't have to ask parents to pay inflated prices for goods or services in order for the school to benefit!"

HOW WILL THE FUNDRAISER PROGRAM WORK FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION?

• Your child's soccer club wishes to enter two tournaments this season. To help pay for the tournament entry costs, you organize a fundraiser with Quickie's Quality Car Wash. There are 15 players on the team and each sells 5 Wash Cards, for a total of $750 in sales. You send a check to Quickie's Quality Car Wash for $375 and use the remaining $375 to cover tournament fees.
• A high school band with 80 members is invited to perform at a national competition. In order to help make the out of state trip a reality, the band partners with Quickie's Quality Car Wash. Each band member sells 10 Wash Cards, for a total of $8,000 in sales. The band keeps $4,000 to help defray travel costs.

Please note: Due to the popularity of the fundraising programs, Quickie's Quality Car Wash reserves the right to limit the quantity of programs available in each geographic location on a month by month basis.
